Redcliff Invites "Regional Co-Creation Partners" Nationwide: Free Webinars to be Held on July 10 and 24

NEWS & TOPICS

-Bringing Regional Revitalization to the Entire Nation Through Drone Shows-

Redcliff Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Komei Sasaki; hereinafter “Redcliff”), a company that plans and operates drone shows, will host two free online webinars on Friday, July 10, and Friday, July 24, 2026, targeting companies and organizations working on regional revitalization and local community development.

In recent years, drone shows have been increasingly utilized in local festivals, tourism events, and corporate anniversaries, gaining attention as content that helps promote regional charm and generate visitor influx. Furthermore, according to the Drone Business Research Report 2026 (*1) by Impress Research Institute, the domestic drone show market size is projected to expand from 500 million yen in fiscal 2022 to 5.3 billion yen in fiscal 2026, with further market growth expected moving forward.

Against the backdrop of this market expansion, Redcliff—holding the No. 1 share in the domestic drone show market (*2)—is actively seeking regional co-creation partners to strengthen ties with locally rooted companies and organizations. This initiative aims to drive new value creation across various regions and further advance its business expansion across all 47 prefectures nationwide.

This webinar will introduce the latest trends in the rapidly growing drone show market, along with case studies of its utilization in regional events and tourism promotion, and an overview of our Regional Co-Creation Partner Program.

Seeking Partners to Create New Vibrancy in Local Communities Through Drone Shows

As many regions face various challenges, such as a declining population and a shortage of people to run local events, expectations are growing for new content that can attract visitors and promote the unique charm of these areas.

Leveraging our expertise and technology in drone shows cultivated both in Japan and overseas, Redcliff will work alongside locally rooted companies and organizations to create opportunities for sharing the unique value and stories of each region.

The regional co-creation partners we are seeking this time are not just business collaborators, but true partners who will envision the future of their regions together and take charge of creating local vibrancy. By partnering with companies and organizations that know their communities best, we hope to paint the unique stories and charms of each area across the night sky, contributing to the revitalization of local communities.

“Connections with the Community” Create New Regional Value

Redcliff will expand its regional revitalization initiatives nationwide through collaboration with companies and organizations that deeply understand the charm of their communities and possess strong networks with local governments, tourism associations, and event organizers.

Currently, collaborations with regional co-creation partners have already begun in Hokkaido, Gunma, Saitama, Shizuoka, Yamaguchi, and Miyazaki prefectures, and initiatives are underway to develop drone shows that leverage the unique characteristics of each region.

For example, we are looking to collaborate with the following types of companies and organizations:

・Companies with connections to local governments and tourism associations
・Companies involved in the planning and operation of regional events and festivals
・Companies supporting local infrastructure, such as electricity, gas, railways, and transportation
・Companies and organizations with a strong customer base or network in the region

By collaborating with companies involved in local government projects, tourism initiatives, and regional events, we aim to create local vibrancy by showcasing the unique characteristics of each area through drone shows.

What We Will Cover in the Webinar

On the day of the event, we will cover the following topics for companies considering entering the drone show business or exploring new possibilities for regional business:

・The latest trends in the rapidly growing drone show market
・Overview of Redcliff’s Regional Co-Creation Partner Program
・Actual case studies of implementations at local events and corporate ceremonies
・Support framework for regional co-creation partners and the onboarding workflow (technical training, operations know-how sharing, animation production support, fleet operation support, etc.)
・Recruitment status across all 47 prefectures nationwide
・Q&A and individual consultations

In principle, the Regional Co-Creation Partner Program is intended for one company per prefecture, and the current recruitment status will also be shared during the webinar.

Bringing New Business Opportunities and Vibrancy to the Regions

Drone shows are increasingly being used as fresh content for local events and tourism promotion initiatives. In this webinar, you will not only discover the market potential and business models, but also gain a deeper understanding of how they are actually applied in communities and what kind of support you can receive to commercialize the business.

We look forward to welcoming companies and organizations that are considering creating new business opportunities and contributing to regional revitalization while leveraging their connections with local communities.
