Red Cliff Inc., a specialist in drone show planning and operations, will host the drone show event “Sakurarium” at Funabashi Racecourse in Chiba Prefecture on Saturday, April 18, 2026.
Based on the concept of “watching the cherry blossoms in the night sky with your loved ones,” this one-night-only interactive event features up to 2,000 drones painting a masterpiece of cherry blossoms in full bloom across the evening sky.

In a mystical space where the entire venue is bathed in cherry-blossom-pink light, we offer a special moment that can only be experienced here, shared with those who matter most to you.
A new cherry blossom viewing experience created by up to 2,000 drones.
The highlight of this event is the night cherry blossom display powered by 2,000 drones.
Spanning approximately 150m in height, 230m in width, and 70m in depth, these blossoms filling the night sky offer a scale and performance impossible with traditional flower viewing, drawing visitors deep into the world of “Sakurarium.”
The drone show will be held in two parts.
The opening features 500 drones, followed by the main special show where 2,000 drones will color the night sky.
Interactive content for visitors and a special experience with “Sakura-chan.”
The venue will also feature interactive content designed to make the event even more enjoyable for visitors.
Between the drone shows, you can enjoy a toast with our cherry blossom viewing mascot, “Sakura-chan,” and participate in a stamp rally.
Those who collect enough stamps will receive exclusive event-original items as a gift.

The drink cups, inspired by “Sakurarium,” are designed to glow in a soft cherry-blossom pink when a drink is poured inside.

■Petal-shaped picnic mats that create a “cherry blossom in full bloom”
In collaboration with “Sakura Project”—a cherry blossom information platform powered by Weathernews users—we are providing “Cherry Blossom Petal Picnic Mats.”
When five mats are placed together, they form a cherry blossom in full bloom, allowing the audience to create a “landscape of cherry blossoms” across the entire venue.

Approximately 10 food trucks will be stationed at the venue, offering a diverse range of food and drinks.

The cherry blossoms of 2026 are forecasted to bloom around the same time as usual or slightly earlier, reaching their peak in the Kanto region around the end of March.
