In recent years, exhibitions, conferences, commercial facilities, and corporate events have shifted their focus beyond simply “conveying” information. There is now a greater emphasis on creating experiential spatial productions that leave a lasting impression on visitors.As traditional methods like video, signage, and lighting have become commonplace, there is a growing demand for new expressive techniques that utilize the entire three-dimensional space.
Developed against this backdrop, the “FYLO Mini-JP” was designed to enable spatial production within the three-dimensional indoor realm more safely, more flexibly, and in less time.
The “FYLO Mini-JP” – Feeling less like it’s “flying” and more like it’s “drifting.”
Since satellite positioning cannot be used in indoor environments, accurate location tracking presents a significant challenge. To address this, the “FYLO Mini-JP” utilizes a wireless integrated 3D positioning system optimized for indoor use, enabling stable automated flight even in complex indoor spaces.
The unit measures approximately 10 cm square—a compact size that fits in the palm of your hand—and weighs about 48g, roughly the same as a single small egg.
With an ultra-lightweight design less than one-third the weight of a typical smartphone, it is engineered for safe operation in indoor spaces where people gather.

Furthermore, the system utilizes a box-type operational method where drones automatically take off, land, charge, and store themselves within a base unit, alongside an automatic numbering function.
Combined with an automatic charging design that allows for a full charge in approximately 30 minutes, this reduces setup and teardown times, enabling continuous operation even for short-duration events.
Additionally, by supporting the daisy-chaining (cascade connection) of multiple base stations, the system allows for flexible design tailored to the venue’s size and spatial layout.
This enables scalability based on specific needs—ranging from small-scale performances with a few units to large-scale displays utilizing the entire venue with up to 200 drones flying simultaneously.
By utilizing the “FYLO Mini-JP” for opening acts or spatial design at exhibitions, conferences, live performances, and corporate events, products and brands can present their worldviews as a three-dimensional, dynamic experience that static images and video simply cannot fully capture.
