■ Japan’s Largest Drone Show “DIG SHIBUYA DG DRONE SHOW”

The “DIG SHIBUYA DG DRONE SHOW” was held above Yoyogi Park in Shibuya Ward on February 8, 2025, as an official partner program of the art and technology festival “DIG SHIBUYA 2025,” co-hosted by Shibuya Ward, Shibuya CREATIVE TECH Executive Committee, Digital Garage, and Red Cliff, with support from Tokyu Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Kakaku.com Inc.

On the day, 2,200 drones drew art with the motif of Shibuya, dragons, UFOs, and “Digihachi”, a super digital dog that has traveled back in time from the future, in the night sky. In addition, a special collaboration live concert was held on the special stage in Yoyogi Park’s zelkova tree-lined street to coincide with the drone show. In addition, the concert was simultaneously broadcast and archived at four facilities operated by Tokyu Real Estate (Shibuya Sakura Stage, Tokyu Plaza Shibuya, Tokyu Plaza Omotesando “Omokado”, Tokyu Plaza Harajuku “Harakado”), and many people were enchanted by the collaboration of technology, art, and music, woven by 2,200 drones, the largest number in Japan.

We will continue to promote this project with the aim of making the “DIG SHIBUYA DG DRONE SHOW” a regular event that will become a symbol of peace and a part of Shibuya’s seasonal scenery.
