Red Cliff Inc., a specialist in drone show planning and operation, will perform a 1,500-drone show—one of the largest ever held in Nara Prefecture—at “IKOMA FC NARA presents STAR MATCH NIGHT” on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at the Ikoma Sanroku Park Multi-purpose Ground in Ikoma City, Nara.
This event, hosted by the soccer club “IKOMA FC Nara,” is a new type of sports entertainment that fuses sports, music, and technology.

In this drone show, directed by Shinichi Kudo, 1,500 drones will use the night sky as a canvas to dynamically depict motifs related to “IKOMA FC Nara” and massive formations of light.
Three-dimensional displays reaching scales of up to 200 meters will appear one after another, creating a grand spectacle of light across the night sky.

The program is synchronized with powerful, soulful gospel vocals, creating a performance where music and the dancing lights of drones become one.
As a finale to the excitement of the sports event, it will create an immersive entertainment experience that brings the entire venue together.
Red Cliff will provide sky entertainment powered by advanced drone control technology and a robust safety management system, leveraging the technical expertise and creative know-how gained from producing over 300 drone shows both in Japan and internationally.

KUDO Shin-ichi
He manages planning, direction, and production across a wide range of fields, including commercials, music videos, TV dramas, stage plays, and concerts. After studying art direction in London, he planned and directed the 2017 film Passion Flower (starring Masatoshi Nagase and Kiko Mizuhara), which was invited to screen at film festivals in 12 cities worldwide.
With over 500 works to his credit, he has received numerous accolades, including awards from the New York Festivals and the MTV Video Music Awards. His work on Yumi Matsutoya’s 50th-anniversary project—specifically the AI recreation of Yumi Arai—became a major talking point and won the VFX-JAPAN AWARD for Excellence. Additionally, the VR horror film Let’s Go Home (directed by Takashi Shimizu and Yoshihiro Nishimura), which he planned and produced, became Japan’s first permanent VR installation in Las Vegas. He continues to create emotionally resonant works through his original sensibilities and meticulous aesthetic.
