Redcliff Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Komei Sasaki; hereinafter “Redcliff”), a company specializing in drone show planning and operation, will manage the “Atami Maritime Drone Show” to be held in Atami City, Shizuoka Prefecture, on Sunday, July 19, 2026.
This event is hosted by the Atami City Tourism Association and will feature a two-part show using 500 drones. The second part will be sponsored by SCO GROUP Co., Ltd. Anyone can watch the show free of charge, and no advance registration is required.
A New Night Entertainment Coloring Atami’s Summer
Launched in 1952, the “Atami Maritime Fireworks Display” is held more than 10 times throughout the year, not just in summer. It is widely loved as a signature event representing Atami.
On July 19 (Sunday), the day before this historic fireworks festival, the drone show will take place across the Atami night sky, with Redcliff handling the operations.
The first and second parts will feature different performances. In the main second part, 500 drones will use the night sky to tell a story connecting the past to the present, featuring themes unique to Atami, such as retro Showa-era scenes and the marine life nurtured by Atami’s beautiful sea.

Enjoy a Drone Show Synchronized with BGM on Your Smartphone
On the day of the event, dedicated background music (BGM) for each session will start streaming about 10 minutes before the drone show begins. You can listen to the music on your smartphone to enjoy a synchronized viewing experience where the animation and music come together.
