Kagoshima City Tourism Promotion Division
The Kagoshima Kinko Bay Summer Night Grand Fireworks Festival is one of the largest fireworks displays in Kyushu and has been held since 2000. Red Cliff conducted a drone show with 500 fireworks-equipped drones, the first of its kind at a fireworks display in Japan. The fireworks-equipped drones were jointly developed with a fireworks company in Omagari, Akita Prefecture, where Red Cliff CEO Sasaki was born, to achieve an unprecedented display of highly synchronized and automatically controlled fireworks ignition in mid-air.
