Kamishihoro Town Drone Content Executive Committee

For five days from December 21 (Sat.) to 25 (Wed.), 2024, the “Kamishihoro Christmas Drone Show 2024” was held at Roadside Station Kamishihoro in Kamishihoro, Hokkaido, in cooperation with North Drone Show Co. This event was held for the first time since 2021, and this time, visitors enjoyed a fantastic show with drones scaled up to 500 aircraft.
The show was divided into two parts. The first part was a dynamic production combining music and three-dimensional animation to provide a moving and realistic visual experience. The second part of the show was themed “Santa Claus Goes to Every Town in the World! the second part of the show depicted Santa Claus’ journey in a storybook style, with Christmas motifs floating beautifully in the clear winter sky.
The show climaxed with a fireworks display in conjunction with the final motif, which drew cheers from the many visitors. The weather was also favorable, and all five days of performances went off without a hitch.
